Limerick Northside Regeneration

Malachy Walsh and Partners have been appointed as M&E design consultants for phase 1 of the prestigious Cliona Park, Moyross, Limerick, North Side Regeneration, commencing with immediately effect.

The contract consists of 33 new homes incorperating 20 apartments for older persons and 13 family unit houses. The cost of the contract is near €5 Million and it will take about 15 months to complete.
