Irish Wind Energy Association (IWEA) Conference 2009

Malachy Walsh and Partners recently took part in the Irish Wind Energy Association’s 2009 Annual Conference which took place in March in the Four Seasons Hotel, Dublin.

The theme of the Conference was “40%...Our Responsibility” reflecting the need for all partners to work together to achieve our target of 40% of electrical generation to come from renewable energy sources by the year 2020.

Also in attendance on the day was Michael Tutty, Chairman for the Commission of Energy Regulations and Steve Sawyer, Secretary General of the Global Wind Energy Council.
