The warehouse extension is a 15m high, high bay racking warehouse building which utilises a maned very narrow aisle fork truck in its operation. There is 850 pallets propoesed to be stored in this new facility. There was access required into the existing warehouse required and existing shipping/receiving area which required coordination of design and construction works with the live pharmeutical plant.

Malachy Walsh and Partners are the Project Managers on the project, and they are also the Lead Civil, Structural, Electrical and Mechanical Engineers on the project. Malachy Walsh & Partners are also providing the services of Project Supervisor Design Process and the Assigned Certifier for the project.
