Central oil fired plant room providing heating to central areas including circulation areas, management suite and under floor heating to the atrium. Automatic louvers located at low and high level in the main atrium concourse providing stack ventilation to the central atrium and adjoining offices operated via carbon, temperature and rain sensors.
