Description: The firm has been involved in Civil and Structural and Mechanical and Electrical design of the redevelopment of Killarney Great Southern Hotel, a listed historical building. The most recent large project completed was the €12.5M refurbishment of the hotel, including a new bedroom block, bedroom upgrading, Leisure Centre and Conference Centre upgrading. This involved full heating, air conditioning and ventilation design, together with security, access control, data and fire alarm system.
