Description: Malachy Walsh and Partners were the Civil and Structural, Mechanical and Electrical Consultants for a new 30 bedroom four storey boutique hotel. This incorporated a 2 storey basement containing a fine dining basement restaurant, basement kitchen, bar and roof top garden. All bedrooms have full air-conditioning with background heating provided via LPHW radiator system. All bedroom radiators and air-con units are activated individually from reception reducing unwanted energy usage.
