Description: Complete refurbishment has been carried out on a Period Listed Georgian Building, originally in poor condition. Living accommodation, Music Rooms, state of the art Meeting Rooms, Kitchen have been provided in a totally refurbished building and new extension, using a high specification mechanical and electrical design. The project M&E cost was €2.2M.
