Description: Refurbishment of existing listed buildings and construction of new extension to both buildings. The library was originally a listed Monastery and it was refurbished and extended to provide for local area offices for Waterford County Council and ancillary facilities in the original building and a library in the extension. The existing listed Courthouse building was converted to a courthouse, Heritage Centre and local community centre. It was a Trust Timber roofed building supported by Masonry walls.
